Cancellation Policy
Authentic Revolution promotes our programs well in advance. Once programs are filled, we stop promoting them. Thus any requests for transfers or cancellations after that point will result in a loss of revenue for us. Due to the short notice, we also lose the ability to fill your spot with someone else who might benefit from the training. Because of this, the following cancellation procedures have been outlined below. Our cancellation policy offers the following options:
90% Refunded if you cancel 30 days or more from the first day of the workshop,
OR 100% credit to a future ALT
50% Refunded if you cancel 15 days or more from the first day of the workshop,
OR 70% credit to a future ALT
15% Refunded if you cancel within 5 days of the workshop,
OR 30% credit to a future ALT
You have the option for a full refund within 72 hours of booking your spot in the training, in case of emergencies. If you are unable to attend the training because of a legitimate medical concern, you can receive a 50% refund on the cost or full credit to a future ALT, as long as you let us know before the first day of training that you may have to miss the course.
No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.
This cancellation policy applies to the amount of the full tuition, regardless of whether you pay in full or use a payment plan.

COVID Clause
Given the world today, we don't know what will happen by the time this training rolls around. We reserve the right to cancel this training should the pandemic worsen, or if another unavoidable calamity strikes us.
In the event of cancellation, students may either request a full refund, or transfer their registration to a future event.
Our Scholarship Fund…
Should you need to cancel your program and/or lodging, please consider donating your previously made payment to our scholarship fund. We strive to make our services available to individuals from a broad range of socio-economic backgrounds and this scholarship fund, which is run off donations, is how we do that. If you feel moved to donate your payment to support others in attending our workshops, you can do so by emailing [email protected] and telling us of your intention.
Removal From the Course
If, at any point during a training, the course leaders deem that you pose a significant and non-consensual physical or emotional threat to others OR yourself, they may choose to remove you from the training. If this happens, you are NOT eligible to receive a refund on the training cost. This sort of event rarely occurs without a warning and opportunity for you to change the behavior in question. However, it is up to the discretion of the course leaders to decide when and for what reasons a participant should be removed.
The Fine Print...
All dates and locations are subject to change with prior written notice. Authentic Revolution reserves the right to cancel any program, workshop or retreat at any time. If this should occur, you may at that time be offered a full refund, or a tuition credit towards a future Authentic Revolution workshop. All tuition credit will expire within one year of the credit issued.
***PAYMENT PLANS EXPLAINED...
Payment Plan/Administrative Fees: Any time payments are made more than 3 days past payment schedule date you will be charged a $25 administrative fee. If you have elected a payment plan option, any returned checks or rejected credit cards may also result in the institution of a cash only policy for your account. You agree to pay reasonable attorney fees and costs associated with the collection of any amounts owed hereunder.
