What Types of Events are on COnnect?

Join us 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Circling (also known as InterSubjective Meditation) is an experiential, in-the-moment interpersonal process that could be described as part art, part meditation, and part group conversation.

Circling can been described as “interactive intimacy”, “social intercourse”, or (Sara's favorite), “A structured way to love the crap out of someone.”

In a circle, you’ll join a group of 2-4 people to be with about what’s actually happening for you, and between you, right here and now. Over time, you'll develop a visceral felt sense of what others feel, think, and experience around you, and in relation to you.

No experience is necessary. Some Authentic Relating and/or meditation experience may be helpful.

Authentic Relating games and events support us in developing the skills to follow and be present with the aliveness in this organic practice.

T-Group is about the Right Now, dropping anything that happened more than 45 seconds ago.

A T-group or training group (sometimes also referred to as sensitivity-training group, human relations training group or encounter group) is a form of group training where participants themselves (typically, between eight and 15 people) learn about themselves (and about small group processes in general) through their interaction with each other.

T-Group is a practice of noticing how it is to be Me right now and how it is for Me to be with You right now. I am invited to practice sharing that impact as much as I am ready to share in this moment. (With the "I" or "Me" in this case being any participant.)

No experience necessary.

Authentic Relating Games are easy and fun way to explore Authentic Relating. They can help us experience deeper connections, boost empathy, see the world through others’ eyes, and understand ourselves better so that we can enjoy life more.

Some AR games are explicitly named when they're played, like the Google game found in the games manual

Other smaller "games" - from sentence stems and group sharing to check-ins - are all less obvious ways we're playing with new ways of relating that are woven into the fabric of all events.

From simple curiosity games, to awareness-building and group activities, these events are designed to foster empathy, connection, improving our communication, and exploring our consciousnesses through the medium of Authentic Relating.

No experience is necessary.
