AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Online

Oct 8 - 10,  2021

Can leadership be learned online?

Everyone does the skill of leadership differently. Over the last year and a half, we've been learning to bring those differences into a totally new format. Can we connect with boxes on screens the same way we do with people in the flesh? Can we lead online just as we did in person?

The answer is...no. It's not the same. But, over the past year, we have worked with hundreds of students, as well as communities at Google, Rebel Wisdom, Seek Healing, and College Essay Guy, to discover just how much potential there is to create connection and transformation online.

In this weekend training, meant for both social and professional leaders, you will learn

  • How, when and why to express your truth in leadership
  • How to enroll others in your vision
  • When to direct and when to facilitate interactions
  • How to create engagement and connection online
  • Your personal leadership superpowers and shadows
  • The ART of Facilitative Leadership: Authentic, Responsive, and Transparent

The 800+ graduates of our programs have taken the social technology of Authentic Relating into areas from therapy sessions to executive teams, children’s classrooms to the Coast Guard. And 98% of them would recommend this training to other leaders.

Whatever you're leading - groups, life, friendships - come play, come try, come learn. Come practice being the leader you've always wanted to be, in a community that wants exactly who you are.

"This course was absolutely transformational. Today I am performing better in work, living better in life, and connecting better with my baby.

There is something really special about the composition of your course: the balance between the pod, triads, and group/individual exercises; the room for both personal and professional development; and the je ne sais quoi that finally brought my presence into the room.
I am truly impressed."

- Bronwyn G, Santa Barbara
