Are you being called into leadership? This summit will help you answer with confidence.

In times of major change, individuals from all over the world feel stronger callings to step into facilitation roles and create positive impacts. Whether this is true for you in your career, community, or at home, we salute you. Holding the staff of leadership is a noble role and with a lot of pressure. It can create ideological conflict, prompting a deeper look at who you are, how you act, and what you truly believe. All while those you facilitate hang on your words and decisions.

You may be asking yourself:
  • How do I begin to step into a leadership role?
  • How do I express myself authentically and calmly with everyone's eyes on me?
  • What do I do when one person in the group doesn't fit in with the others?
  • What are the techniques to create smooth discussions and transitions in my events?

Get answers and insights to these questions and more.

This Summit is brought to you by the Facilitation Academy
