AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Edmonton, Alberta

June 5 - 7,  2020

It's not failure that stops us, but fear.

Fear of looking stupid. Of losing an opportunity. Of self-judgment and shame.

To create what we want in life, we need safe spaces to fail fast, be held while in it, and know exactly what we did wrong.

We need experiences of failing while being as true to ourselves as possible, so that when we try, it's from our whole heart and soul.

Want to experience that? Over the past many years of leading evolutionary communities, I’ve developed a training process that will help you tune into your personal skills and intuition (your "superpowers"), read what a group needs, fail fast and iterate, and lead from authenticity. Our 500+ graduates have taken the social technology of Authentic Relating – empathic, vulnerable communication and ways to create that – into areas from therapy sessions to executive teams, children’s classrooms to the Coast Guard

Whatever you're leading - groups, life, friendships - come play, come try, come fail. Come practice being the person you've always wanted to be, in a community that wants exactly who you are.

Garrett Rokosh has spent the past six months immersed in the authentic relating community in Austin, Texas - one of the international meccas of authentic relating. In the past year, he was a mentee course leader at two ALT’s, took the advanced course (ELT), and attended three weekend circling immersions.
All this combined with his experience and education in conventional leadership gives Garrett a unique understanding of integrating “woo” with “pragmatic”. He took a two-year Leadership Certificate Program at the University of Alberta School of Business, owned a company for six years with up to 16 staff, and was president of the Business Students’ Association in university leading a team of 48 council members.
Garrett's mission is to fill love tanks -  to contribute to serving highly neglected human needs that are low hanging fruit: connection, self-expression, authenticity, touch, play, and empathy.  He considers these to be low-hanging fruit because the main resource required is other humans - with a little bit of authentic relating skills in the mix - and voilà! less loneliness, depression, numbness, and fear.

I've been attending workshops literally for 30+ years and I think this was among the most organized and well structured that I've experienced.

I love your transparency, willingness to give us you all you've got, and the fresh dynamic that you bring together as a team.

Can't wait for the advanced course. I'm all in!
