Sara Ness is Founder and CEO of Authentic Revolution, a consulting and training company for Authentic Relating and Circling skills. After helping to found successful learning communities in Austin and Houston, Sara began working with individuals and groups across the world to explore what’s possible when we lead from wholeness and practice good communication. She has trained more than 500 leaders across 19 cities, in sectors ranging from technology startups to education non-profits. Sara's passion is in understanding how people work together to create fulfilling teams that balance safety and belonging with productivity and expression.

Norian Caporale-Berkowitz is completing his PhD in Counseling Psychology at the University of Texas–Austin, where his research on preventive mental health interventions is funded by the university’s top fellowship. Norian was previously a Rhodes Scholarship finalist at Brown University and has developed learning communities online at Coursera, and in-person with students at the Minerva Schools. Norian’s goal is to make preventive health for social and emotional issues as widespread as it is for our bodies, and his writing on peer coaching has appeared in Harvard Business Review.
